Terms and Conditions

"Platform": the ModeluxAI website, apps, APIs, and payment systems.

"Service(s)": subscription plans, prepaid credits, add‑ons, and API access to AI models.

"Third‑Party Models": AI models provided by external vendors (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Claude) and/or via the OpenRouter aggregator.

"User": any individual or legal entity that creates an account or purchases the Services.

"Business Day": Monday–Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays.

Minimum age 18 with legal capacity.

Users must provide accurate data and keep it current.

Users are responsible for account security.

Free Plan:

• Gemini-2.5-flash-preview-05-20 model: 5 chats per day

• OpenAI GPT-4.1-Mini model: 25 chats per day

Pro Plan:

• Gemini-2.5-flash-preview-05-20 model: 15 chats per day

• DeepSeek-AI model: 8 chats per day

• OpenAI o3 Mini model: 5 chats per day

• GPT-4.1 model: 50 chats per day

• Claude-3 Haiku model: 8 chats per day

Premium Plan:

• Gemini-2.5-flash-preview-05-20 model: 35 chats per day

• Qwen/Qwen3-235B-A22B model: 45 chats per day

• DeepSeek-AI model: 15 chats per day

• OpenAI o3 Mini: 6 chats per day

• GPT-4.1 model: 100 chats per day

• Claude-3 Haiku model: 25 chats per day

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued unless required by:

a. a final and binding court decision, or

b. a written order from law‑enforcement authorities, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), or Bank Indonesia.

Payments are made in Indonesian Rupiah via BI‑licensed Payment Service Providers.

Chargebacks without legal basis may result in account suspension.

Use of OpenAI models is subject to the ROW Terms of Use; payments are non‑refundable except where required by law.

Use via OpenRouter is governed by the OpenRouter Terms of Service (April 15, 2025).

If Third‑Party terms conflict with this document, the Third‑Party terms control for that model.

Users must not rely on Output for high‑stakes decisions without independent verification.

Users retain ownership of Input and Output; however, they grant a non‑exclusive licence to ModeluxAI and Third‑Party Models solely to process the content for service delivery.

ModeluxAI does not train its own models on user content.

The Platform may not be used for illegal activities, IP infringement, or spam.

Users must comply with export controls, sanctions, and trade laws.

Services are provided "as is." ModeluxAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid by the User in the past 12 months.

ModeluxAI may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, are suspected of fraud, or upon regulator request.

Balances may be frozen pending investigation and remitted to authorities if required.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemics) for the duration of such events.

30‑day amicable negotiation;

Unresolved disputes are finally settled by BANI Arbitration Center, Jakarta, under the 2021 BANI Rules;

The arbitral award is final and binding.

Material changes will be notified at least 14 calendar days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

This document is executed in Indonesian and its English translation. In case of inconsistency, the Indonesian version prevails.
